Reebonz is an exclusive online shopping destination of premier brands and private sale events. We represent brand partners' off season stock through our online sales channel and hold private sale events online to our customer database of Reebonz members. Events are held for short periods of time and are open to members only. Items are offered at jaw dropping discounts of up to 80% off. Membership is free but the user has to be invited by an existing member.
Oh yes, many questions to ask. I will take the honour of being the first to ask the team on the following:

- Where do you source for the various brands at such great prices?
- Are you planning to bring in kids clothing lines?
-Will there be a ‘final sale’ for all the previous ‘unsold’ products?

Hi, I’m still not very sure on the credit requirement. Does it mean that if my credit is zero, I won’t be able to place any orders for the items? In addition, if my invited friend does not make any purchases, it will mean that I won’t have any credits right?

Hi Vivian, credits are used to off set your purchase. It works like a discount for you! The 10 Reebonz credits will only be credited to your account when your invited friend make his/her first purchase. If you require any help, please feel free to email feedback@reebonz.com.

Indira, very sorry for the inconvenience caused, our technical team is looking into this now. We have stopped the emails from sending too. However, we want you to be able to register and start browsing Reebonz items as soon, so this is what you can do now:
(1) Go to http://www.reebonz.com
(2) Click on “If you have an invitation, click here”
(3) Enter this code: savvy and register

There’s an ongoing Skagen event now. I’m not sure whom I can direct enquiries to, so I am trying my luck here. Does the Skagen watch comes with a manufacturer’s warranty? If so, for how many years? It’ meant to be a gift, can I safely assume that the watch comes in a box?

There’s an Irregular Choice sales going on right now, and I’ve noticed (not for the 1st time) that for shoes the stocks are normally limited to 35/36. I find it highly irritating to see lust-worthy shoes, then having to select every single one of them just to realise yet again that my size never existed. Coupled with that is the lack of an option for me to view shoes based on size, to spare me the agony of vainly looking through the whole sales selection.
Sorry to sound angsty but it’s a darn shoe sales backfired and I don’t like that! Heh.

Ya, actually I agree with Grace on her comments on the shoes sales. Maybe it would be advisable that the team separate the shoes based on sizes or we can input our sizes and the webpage will show us the available shoes?
I saw shoes that I wanted but was disappointed when it wasnt available in my size.

How do u actually do the shopping here? I click on the ‘preview event’ and that’s it. I go to my shopping bag, which was obviously empty, and has to go back to the homepage, and that’s it? How can I actually buy anything here?

You can only view the events which are current. When you click in, you will be able to see products which you can then add to your shopping bag.

But most of these fans might not be online shoppers and more often than not, not your buying customers. What do you plan to do to retain loyal, spending customers? Will there be similar giveaways/promos that are open to only customers who have purchased items or qualify for a min spend?
