Best Price Guaranteed: If you can find our bags cheaper in any authorized boutique or reseller, please inform us and we will match their price and give you a further 10% discount within 7 days of your purchase. Please note that the price given must include all duties, taxes and shipping costs. The difference will be returned in terms of Reebonz credits.

Authorized boutiques will be the brick and mortar Prada, MIU MIU, Gucci boutiques that you have at your local shopping malls or the Balenciaga and Gucci online websites with online shopping facilities.

Authorized resellers will be websites like Asos.com and Net-a-Porter.com.

Do note that resellers on blogs (i.e livejournal, blogspot, etc.), auction websites (i.e ebay) and forums (i.e. cozycot, flowerpod, etc) are not authorized resellers who will be recognized by Reebonz for the Best Price Guaranteed policy.

7 days of your purchase: The Best Price Guaranteed policy is applicable within 7 days from the time payment is made. During this 7 days, customers can check the prices at authorized boutiques and resellers. Should the price be cheaper than what is offered on Reebonz, we will be glad to match the price and offer an additional 10% discount. We will not be able to accept any request after 7 days from the time of payment.

Two Fridays back (25th June) saw the entire Reebonz team in a frenzy preparing for our big night at the Luxe Musuem.

It was the night of the official launch of the Reebonz iPhone/iPad App and also the night of our first ever offline sale event.

After months of planning and preparation, the Reebonz team was  excited to finally meet and greet some 300 of our top spenders.

Guests gathered around as we kickstarted the night with the launch of the Reebonz iPhone/iPad App.

With technology catching up, we knew we had to go mobile one day! And so, a few months back, the Reebonz techies came together to work on developing the Reebonz App. And here’s the fruit of their labour!

What is the 99% luxury sale about?

It is an once-in-a-lifetime crazy sale that we are having for our members on our website.

How do I secure a chance to enter the 99% luxury sale?

To enter the 99% luxury sale, members have to RSVP on our website before 13^th June 2010 to be on the RSVP list.

Note: RSVP on our Facebook Event is not valid. As stated in the Facebook Event description, members will have to login to their accounts to RSVP. As for non-members, a link was provided to sign up as a member to RSVP.

Can I still RSVP after 13^th June 2010?

Unfortunately, the period to RSVP has ended. We regret to inform you that we will not be taking in anymore RSVP.

When and where will the 99% luxury sale take place?

The 99% luxury sale is scheduled to happen on the last week of June 2010. For those who have RSVP on the Reebonz website, an email containing the guidelines for the 99% sale has been sent out. The date and time of the 99% luxury sale will be announced via email closer to the date.

To enter the event, we will be providing those who have RSVP a special link in our email to announce the date of the 99% luxury sale.

What are the guidelines for the 99% sale?

1. 1st come 1st serve basis
   • All orders will be processed online on a first come, first serve basis. Each item will be reserved for 10mins for the earliest user to proceed to PLACE ORDER.
2. One member, one item
   • Each Reebonz member is only entitled to purchase ONE item from the sale.
3. Discount codes are not applicable
   • No discount codes will be applicable for use to offset the purchase amount from the sale.
4. Credits are not valid
   • Credits may not be use to offset the purchase amount from the sale.
5. A flat rate shipping fee will apply
   • Singapore = SGD 9.90
   • Malaysia = SGD 20
   • Rest of Asia Pacific countries = SGD 30
   • Outside of Asia Pacific = SGD 50

What are the payment options available for the 99% luxury sale?

Credit cards, debit cards or PayPal.

Can shipping charges be combined for the 99% luxury sale?

No.

How many items will there be during the 99% luxury sale?

We will be featuring over more than 40 different designs from more than 10 designer brands.

Will the site crash should there be a high traffic generated by the 99% luxury sale?

We have upgraded our server and have taken the necessary measures on our end to try to minimize the possibility of a site crash. However, due to the overwhelming response for the event, users may experience slow loading speed.
