Events Preview Banner Issue
Hello lovely ladies and gentlemen,
Hope the week started well for all of you and none of you are suffering from the Monday blues. For the ladies, keep a look out for the Play.Toy.Experiment event coming up later this noon. The intricate designs of the accessories will definitely make your hearts melt.
(:
On a more serious note, the purpose of this blog post is address an issue that has been raised many a times by a few of our Reebonz members. I have received a couple of emails recently regarding the fact that we use pretty products in our Events Preview Banner but they are not sold in the event itself. I would like to apologise if that has brought distressed to many and if it seemed misleading on our part. We definitely have no intention to mislead anyone of you.
Products on the Events Preview Banner and the actual sale products do not tally because Events are confirmed way before we know which are the exact items that we will be featuring during the sale event. Hence, the banners are created early solely to inform our members of upcoming brands and in no way a reflection of the real products that will be featured on the sale.
I have to stress that we are very glad to receive feedback from our members because it shows that people do care about Reebonz and we most definitely take every single feedback seriously and we are constantly seeking ways to make improvements to the best of our capabilities.
Thank you all for your kind understanding and continue to have a great time shopping on Reebonz!
xoxo.

Hi just wondering if you put the actual cost of our purchase on the Customs declaration form? This is because I am from New Zealand and the NZ Customs charge import duty and GST on items valued over NZ$400 (roughly about SGD 400). Thanks!!!!
