Colour Me Bold

I have always wondered why people seldom wear colours. Singaporeans seem to be adverse to bold, beautiful colours. Working at Raffles Place especially, everyone’s dressing seems to be reflective of the economic climate: gloomy.
While surfing one of my favourite sites Fashion 156, their most recent issue is about COLOURS! Most of their shots are of models in really bold shades. While I don’t expect these to be everyone’s cup of tea, I really believe that there is elements here we can incorporate into our wardrobes.
Now, if only every company would institute Colour Friday instead of Casual Fridays
