Best Price Guaranteed: If you can find our bags cheaper in any authorized boutique or reseller, please inform us and we will match their price and give you a further 10% discount within 7 days of your purchase. Please note that the price given must include all duties, taxes and shipping costs. The difference will be returned in terms of Reebonz credits.

Authorized boutiques will be the brick and mortar Prada, MIU MIU, Gucci boutiques that you have at your local shopping malls or the Balenciaga and Gucci online websites with online shopping facilities.

Authorized resellers will be websites like Asos.com and Net-a-Porter.com.

Do note that resellers on blogs (i.e livejournal, blogspot, etc.), auction websites (i.e ebay) and forums (i.e. cozycot, flowerpod, etc) are not authorized resellers who will be recognized by Reebonz for the Best Price Guaranteed policy.

7 days of your purchase: The Best Price Guaranteed policy is applicable within 7 days from the time payment is made. During this 7 days, customers can check the prices at authorized boutiques and resellers. Should the price be cheaper than what is offered on Reebonz, we will be glad to match the price and offer an additional 10% discount. We will not be able to accept any request after 7 days from the time of payment.
